Overview
IVA hand picks a video still thumbnails to be used in conjunction with a video play for each asset. Each still is carefully selected from the video asset itself by one of IVA's acquisition team members. Customers who are subscribed to our video service will have access to these stills by passing the file path for the VideoAssetScreenCapture to the Image API.

Every program (movie, show, video asset, etc.) contains data about the image assets including the file path or ID for the asset. IVA still images should be downloaded and stored on your own system. If you would like IVA to host and serve the images or have questions about your credentials please contact our Support Team.
